In a world where most big ideas seem to come from big cities, one small-town entrepreneur is proving that creativity and ambition have no postcode. GenZyBrains, a rising digital agency from Haldwani, Uttarakhand, has already worked with over 2,500 clients in just a year—and it all started with one young man’s dream.
At just 23 years old, Tanish Sharma, a self-taught tech enthusiast from the tiny town of Bilsanda in Uttar Pradesh, has built something truly special. GenZyBrains is more than just another agency—it’s a movement showing the world that young talent from small towns can build big things.
A Small-Town Boy with Big Dreams
Growing up in a rural town, Tanish was that kid who always had his head buried in technology. While his friends played outside, he was glued to his computer, experimenting with design software, teaching himself to code, and watching YouTube tutorials for hours.
“I didn’t have a tech background or a fancy college degree,” Tanish says. “I just had this urge to learn and create.”
After years of freelancing and sharpening his skills, he finally decided to take a leap. On May 10, 2024, he launched GenZyBrains from a small rented office in Haldwani—a city known for its calm vibe and growing youth culture.
Building Digital Dreams
GenZyBrains was born with a simple vision: “We Build Digital Dreams.”
Today, the company offers a complete suite of services that help businesses grow:
Social Media Marketing – content, ads, and community building
Graphic Design & Branding – logos, brand identities, and visual storytelling
Website Development – fast, modern, responsive websites
UI/UX Design – user-friendly digital experiences
3D Animation & Motion Graphics – eye-catching videos for brands and startups
Their client list now includes startups, influencers, e-commerce brands, and even international companies—proof that premium services can come at fair prices.
A Bigger Mission: Empowering Youth
But Tanish’s dream isn’t just about building a successful company. His heart is set on empowering young creators from small towns.
“My goal isn’t only to run an agency,” he explains. “I want to create opportunities for people like me to learn, grow, and succeed.”
To make this happen, he’s launching the GenZyBrains Digital Academy—a practical learning platform for design, animation, freelancing, and digital entrepreneurship.
Not everyone can afford a big-city design school or coding bootcamp, and Tanish knows this firsthand. The Academy, opening in early 2026, will bring workshops, mentorships, and real-world project experience to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India.
Bootstrapped and Passion-Driven
Unlike many startups chasing investor funding, GenZyBrains is a 100% bootstrapped venture. Every bit of growth has come from hard work, great service, and client trust.
From a 2-person team, they’ve now grown to over 20 young professionals. Each project—be it branding campaigns, 3D animations, or full digital rollouts—is a testament to their quality and vision.
Inspiring a Generation
Tanish’s story is spreading fast. He’s now regularly invited to youth events and schools to talk about entrepreneurship and small-town talent.
“At 23, I’m just getting started,” he says with a smile. “If I can build this from Bilsanda and Haldwani, so can a million others. We just need to believe—and build the right bridges.”
His dream? To make GenZyBrains a global creative brand that continues to nurture hidden talent across India’s smaller towns.
More Than a Company—A Movement
In just a year, GenZyBrains has gone from a one-person idea to a force for creativity and opportunity.
From the quiet streets of Bilsanda to Haldwani’s buzzing studios, Tanish Sharma has proven that age and location don’t define success. With passion, purpose, and persistence, anything is possible.
As Tanish puts it:
“We’re not here to follow the digital future—we’re here to create it. One dream at a time.”
